Jesse + Rach / The Piggery, Melbourne

Jesse & Rach are High School sweethearts that didn’t want to rush getting married. It only took Jesse 11 years to pop the question but Rach explained ‘it was worth every minute’!. Their wedding day was a true reflection of their relationship – Super fun and relaxed! The whole day was focused around amazing food, drinks and loads of partying!

They both agreed, that some of there best moments throughout the day were getting ready in the morning with their closest friends and feeling the excitement and nerves building up.

Jesse’s proposal had to be one of the most romantic I’ve ever heard!  He took Rach to a favourite little quiet winery down the road, scoffed his dinner – as fast as he could – then made Rach drive home – as fast as she could. While driving home Jesse hardly said a word until they pulled up on the driveway. While getting out of the car he whipped it out of his jeans (the Ring!!) then made Rach get back in the car before proposing to her! He had decided not to pop the question at the restaurant because he knew she’d cry and people would stare!!

Thanks again Jesse and Rach, I’m truly honoured to have been part of your day.

“You guys were incredible but we weren’t shocked by this, as we knew from our first chat with you (from Melbourne to QL) that you would be amazing. Every email and phone call you made us feel calm and at ease and then on the day you did it again. We felt we had hired our mates to capture our day and really appreciated the small things like having a beer with us 🙂
In all the big moments (aisle etc) I didn’t even notice where you were and we were able to focus on just each other and not feel the presence of a photographer. We weren’t the only ones who thought you both were perfect but we’ve Heard so many of our friends and family talk about how lovely our photographers we’re and what a great job they did.
Honestly could not speak more highly of you both. You worked so well with Jarreau and just felt like part of our friendship group”.
